  • the importance of it and the timing during critical situations

Basic skills that need to be learned - Each section will include a clear definition and vision of success, key issues, exercises, and pragmatic tips from the research. The skills include:

  • Knowing the business
  • Personal organization skills
  • Meeting management

Budgeting:

  • The overall process
  • How to prepare for specific phases
  • Communication needs
  • Understanding the business requirements

The course is held over three days in a hotel setting; it is limited to 15 people per session to ensure a high degree of interaction and participation.
