Overview

Steuber Group seminars and short courses are designed specifically for technical professionals. They provide training in those necessary, but elusive, non-technical skills that are essential to success in the transition to technical management and leadership.

All classes employ practical, concrete language, case studies, and in-depth analysis of common stumbling blocks. Seminars and classes are small enough that participants return to work having thoroughly discussed the resolution of issues specific to their own professional experiences. Courses also include written materials for future student reference.

Field research in multiple professional settings was used to develop the courses and the instructor, herself, worked at a senior level on both the technical and management tracks.

As developed, course topics are widely applicable; however, through consultation with interested companies, organization-specific materials can be developed to create custom-tailored training experiences.
